Mercy Arms Tragically Break Up and Mars Volta 5th album due date released

After only a few short years (3 pretty much), Australia's Mercy Arms have broken up due to artistic differences or some shit. i guess they just didn't 'get' each other. 

They played in the Gong last year at the oxford but i didn't go...

So lets look back fondly on what was a stellar career

This is the “NVDRS MP3 cassette tape” and comes in 45/60/90 minute sizes.

The weird thing about this mp3 player is that it keeps the conventional mechanics of a cassette. One has to actually manually wind up the battery to charge the kinetic battery and there is no “skip track”. To get to the next track you must wind the other spool to speed up the song, just like a REAL cassette.

Still pretty cool, its got a USB connection and comes in some cool colours with matching headphones. But where do you have to draw the line?

I turned it off just after Coldplay won song of the year, and are still wearing their 'Fggt D Sgt Pepper' jackets, but the grammy winners was not all that bad really for me.

Most sunday mornings i head down the brewery at about 7am and clean up the mess i or g-skillz made on the wheels of steel the night before. It sucks, except for the fact that i can pump the in-house and listen to whatever i feel like.

this morning i turned on the itouch 'new shit' playlist and heard an absolute cracker. It just made me wanna dance with the rain dance lady out the front.

I have no idea where/when i got it, but it must have been recent, and i cant be fucked right now looking it up.
